We have been notified by our processor that as a part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security, we will begin enforcing the minimum Transport Layer Security (TLS) v1.2 and disable TLS v1.0 and v1.1 for bill pay during the maintenance window (12 a.m. – 6 a.m. CT) on Sunday, March 11, 2018.
Important: Beginning at 6 a.m. CT on Sunday, March 11, 2018 your members MUST have TLS v1.2 enabled on their browser in order to access bill pay. Older browser versions and operating systems (see chart below) will no longer allow members to access bill pay after this date.
